I work with youth (12+) and adults who are seeking mental health support in a setting where they can slow down, feel understood, and start to make sense of what’s been weighing on them. My therapy services are grounded in connection, respect, and relational healing, with a strong focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment, and trauma-informed care.
I believe we all want to belong—to feel safe in our emotions, our relationships, and within ourselves. The ways we respond to the world make sense when we understand our stories. The patterns we’ve developed—pulling away, overthinking, shutting down, staying busy, or feeling overwhelmed—often began as ways to survive. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about understanding what’s been protecting you.
In our youth counselling and adult sessions, I focus on holding space—for big emotions, quiet moments, and everything in between. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel welcomed as you are, where your experiences are honoured, and where you don’t have to perform, explain, or carry things alone.
My approach is emotionally attuned, collaborative, and compassionate. Drawing from attachment-based and relational therapy, I support clients in exploring how past experiences shape present relationships—with others and with themselves. Together, we work toward deeper emotional awareness, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of connection and belonging.
I absolutely can’t wait to meet you and begin our counselling appointments.

I have successfully completed all qualifications required to provide counselling services through the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program. My counselling registration application is currently in progress, and once it is completed, my counselling registration number will be issued and added to my profile as soon as it becomes available.
If you plan to use extended health benefits, please check with your insurance provider regarding whether sessions can be reimbursed during this interim period, including whether a registration number may be added later for claims. Once a registration number is issued, it will be added to my profile and provided to current and existing clients as soon as it becomes available.
